What Does Certified Life Coach Mean?
A certification in Life Coaching means the coach is not simply calling himself or herself a coach, but rather has the training to have acquired the skills and experience necessary to provide an exceptional experience.

What is the Difference between a Life Coach and a Health and Wellness Coach?
This is a great question. Though it is true that Life Coaches can work on any aspect of your life, they do not have the specific training in the area of Health or Wellness. The combination of the two types of training provides a richer experience for the Health and Wellness client. To be a Certified Health and Wellness Coach means that the coach has a personal passion for fitness, health and wellness themselves. Their experience can benefit the client through their additional knowledge in this area.

What will Coaching be Like?
