As certified Personal Trainers, we are able to develop workout programs
designed specifically to meet your needs. Personal trainers are able to
structure a program for physical fitness that will ensure more energy,
flexibility, and overall improved health. Whether your goals are to have
your clothes fit better, lower your blood pressure, have more flexibility
for a better golf swing or more energy at the end of the day, personal
training provides both the structure and accountability to make sure your
goals are met.
Personal trainers will work together with you to assess the progress made
along each step and make adjustments as needed. Unlike other personal
trainers, we provide email and online tracking support to monitor progress.
There is no perfect workout or answer that suits everyone. Utilizing our
experience and knowledge, we work together to find what works best for
you.

The first step is to assess your goals and your reason for seeking a personal
trainer to be certain that we can formulate a program for your success.
The next step is to come to your office or home to provide one-on-one
or group training sessions. We utilize equipment you have or bring our
own. We also use a combination of cardiovascular, free weights and individual
body weight exercises to produce results in improved cardiovascular health,
flexibility and strength.

Personal training is an excellent choice to begin an exercise routine.
One of the most overlooked benefits of personal training is the guidance
for proper form. Quite often when someone begins exercising for the first
time or even after years of training and starting a new program, there
will be soreness. It is important to be able to decipher soreness from
pain. When working with a personal trainer, the trainer is there to teach
correct form and to make certain that injuries are prevented.
